Celebration Delivered Cards offers delivery of our greeting cards to the delivery address provided when placing your order.
Processing
Our cards are printed to order. Once your order has been received, it will be sent for production and prepared for dispatch as quickly as possible.
Delivery
Delivery times shown during ordering are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may occasionally take longer due to postal delays, public holidays, adverse weather or other circumstances outside our control.
If you select a preferred delivery date when personalising your card, we will aim to have your order delivered as close to that date as reasonably possible, but the date cannot be guaranteed.
Delivery address
Please check the recipient's delivery address carefully before completing your order. We cannot be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.
Delayed or missing orders
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable period after its expected delivery date, please contact us with your order number and we will investigate.
Damaged orders
If your card arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs where possible. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund where applicable.
Delivery charges
Standard delivery within the United Kingdom is FREE for Celebration Delivered Cards orders.
If any alternative or upgraded delivery options are offered, the applicable charge will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Personalised products
Our personalised cards are made especially for you using the information you provide when ordering. Because personalised products are made to order, they cannot normally be returned or refunded if you simply change your mind.
Please check all names, messages, dates and other personalisation carefully before placing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for spelling or other errors entered by the customer.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders
If your card arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will investigate the problem and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
Please include your order number and photographs showing the problem where possible.
Non-personalised products
For products that are not personalised or made to order, your statutory cancellation and return rights apply.
Cancellations
We begin processing orders promptly. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once a personalised product has entered production, cancellation may no longer be possible.
