2. Using our website

By using our website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the policies published on our website.

You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order, including the recipient's name, delivery address and any personalisation required.

3. Our products

We aim to describe and display our cards and other products as accurately as possible.

Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen or device.

Many of our cards are printed to order and may include a message or other personalisation supplied by you.

4. Personalised cards

Please check all names, messages, dates, delivery information and other personalisation carefully before placing your order.

We cannot normally provide a refund or cancellation because you have changed your mind once a personalised product has entered production.

This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly produced or not as described.

5. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

We will send confirmation when your order has been received.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where there has been an obvious pricing error, payment cannot be authorised or we are unable to fulfil the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will arrange an appropriate refund.

6. Prices and payment

Prices displayed on our website are in pounds sterling (GBP) unless stated otherwise.

The price payable will be the price displayed when you place your order.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order can be processed.

7. Delivery

Standard UK delivery is FREE for Celebration Delivered Cards orders.

Our cards are printed to order and prepared for dispatch as quickly as possible.

Any delivery dates or times shown are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

If you select a preferred delivery date, we will aim to deliver as close to that date as reasonably possible, but we cannot guarantee a particular delivery date.

Please ensure that the delivery address supplied with your order is complete and accurate.

8. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Personalised and made-to-order products cannot normally be returned simply because you change your mind.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrectly printed or is not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

For non-personalised products, applicable statutory cancellation and return rights continue to apply.

9. Gift cards

Digital Celebration Delivered Cards gift cards may be purchased through our website in the denominations offered at the time of purchase.

Gift cards are delivered electronically and can be redeemed against eligible purchases through our online store.

Gift cards have no cash value and cannot normally be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.

10. Intellectual property

The Celebration Delivered Cards name, website content, branding and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use our website for personal shopping purposes but may not copy, reproduce or commercially exploit our website content without permission, except where permitted by law.
