Celebration Delivered Cards offers delivery of our greeting cards to the delivery address provided when placing your order.

Processing

Our cards are printed to order. Once your order has been received, it will be sent for production and prepared for dispatch as quickly as possible.

Delivery

Delivery times shown during ordering are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may occasionally take longer due to postal delays, public holidays, adverse weather or other circumstances outside our control.

If you select a preferred delivery date when personalising your card, we will aim to have your order delivered as close to that date as reasonably possible, but the date cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery address

Please check the recipient's delivery address carefully before completing your order. We cannot be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

Delayed or missing orders

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable period after its expected delivery date, please contact us with your order number and we will investigate.

Damaged orders

If your card arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs where possible. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund where applicable.

Delivery charges

Standard delivery within the United Kingdom is FREE for Celebration Delivered Cards orders.

If any alternative or upgraded delivery options are offered, the applicable charge will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
